I had almost reached the Syrian border when i decided to fly to Istanbul. It was an impulsive move but traveling alone you can make such a call. I jumped on standby flight and hit metropolis. Left is a shot of the Bosporus. I cant begin to describe the smells and the noise its a crazy 100mph place. You can get a bit fed up with being hassled all the time and you have to keep your bag close but what a place.
Half of Istanbul is in Asia and the other is in Europe which is exciting in itself.
